The Report and Demographics section identifies the patient, physician(s), practice, and study date and times. It also includes three indications for monitoring.
The Physician Comments section provides an area to add comments.
The Preliminary Findings includes a contextual summation of what the patient experienced during the entire monitoring period. Technicians can edit the default preliminary findings to include their own assessment as needed.
